TERMS OF SALE
- Prices listed on this website are for BUSINESSES with valid tobacco licenses only - no exceptions.
- Minimum order for shipment will be $300
- Orders between $300 and $1000 will have a $5 handling fee added to each invoice.
- Orders over $1000 will have a $1 handling fee added to each invoice.
- Next Day Air Orders will be charged shipping of $4 per item ($20 minimum shipping charge on all air shipments)
- 2nd Day Air Orders will be charged shipping of $3 per item ($20 minimum shipping charge on all air shipments)
- 3rd Day Select Orders will be charged shipping of $2 per item ($20 minimum shipping charge on all air shipments)
- Valid Business License required to open an account
- New Jersey customers must add tobacco tax to any order.
- Payment terms - COD MONEY ORDER or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), Check acceptance with approved credit application only
- All Problems or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
- Returns with prior authorization only - WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING
- Shipping charges are Non-Refundable
